Will my bookings overlap with Airbnb and Booking?
No. As soon as the deposit comes in, Hostii blocks the dates on your website, Airbnb and Booking. And if the booking comes through Airbnb, it stops offering those dates on WhatsApp.
Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
No. You connect your property’s WhatsApp Business in a couple of minutes and Hostii replies from your own number.
How does it collect the deposit?
It sends a QR or payment link in the same chat (PSE, Nequi, card or whatever you use in your country), reads the receipt and tells you when the money has arrived.
What if a guest asks for a discount or something special?
It asks you on WhatsApp before replying. Discounts, groups, refunds and events are always your call.
How does the free trial work?
The 72 hours start when Hostii answers a real guest’s first message, not when you sign up. At 48 h it sends you a WhatsApp summary of what it did. If you’re not convinced, cancel before they’re up.
Does it handle tourists in other languages?
Yes. If a guest writes in another language, Hostii replies in that language, and you see everything in yours.
